The Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program, Inc. (EKCEP) administers Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs in 23 mountain counties and also manages the Kentucky Career Center JobSight network of workforce centers, which provide access to more than a dozen programs and services for jobseekers and employers under one roof.
Services
Our stable of service programs include Hiring Our Miners Everyday (H.O.M.E.), ReWork EKY, and Opportunity Youth, each of which provide services to dislocated workers, employers, or disadvantaged youth in our service area.
