eKAMI Accepting Applications for Next CNC & Robotics Trainings

East Kentucky Advanced Manufacturing Institute (eKAMI) is now accepting new applications for its fall 2022 CNC and robotics training classes. If you’re 18 or older and live in Eastern Kentucky, you could be eligible for assistance to cover the cost of the training, and even help with transportation and lodging.

Located in the city of Paintsville in Johnson County, eKAMI provides training opportunities in both HAAS computer numeric control (CNC) machines and robotics. eKAMI students will train on state-of-the-art equipment and learn how to program, set up, and operate equipment that produces parts for industries including aerospace and automotive.

eKAMI offers both an accelerated, 16-week training for adults and a nine-month program for young adults. Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program (EKCEP) may cover costs for eligible applicants.

The deadline to apply is August 5, 2022. CLICK HERE TO APPLY NOW.
